Most days it's the same driver running the same sequence, so your pickup tends to land around a consistent time. It can shift, though — route changes as we grow, covering a driver's vacation, a mechanical issue, or weather. Because any day can run long, please have your cart at the curb by 7 a.m. (our trucks aren't allowed to start collection before then); pickup can come anytime from early morning into the afternoon.

Both — you can sign up for trash only, or trash plus recycling, whichever works best for you. Trash-plus-recycling includes one trash cart and one recycling cart, and you can add more carts or switch between the two later.

Yes — on your regular pickup day the driver will take up to two extra bags sitting beside your cart at no extra charge. If you have more than that, like after a big cleanout or a party, that's best handled as a scheduled bulk pickup.

A good rule of thumb: a bulk item is anything larger than about a bedside table, or more than two full trash bags' worth. That's the line — up to two extra bags go out free on your regular pickup day, but bigger items like furniture, appliances, and large cleanouts are scheduled as a bulk pickup.
