Our service is billed monthly, but we do require a minimum 3-month commitment. If you wish to make a switch to a competitor, we do offer a price-match guarantee.
If you are moving, please pass along our information to the new owners.
If you wish to put your account on vacation hold, you must contact us prior to the next billing cycle, and you must put your account on hold for at least one month. Service hold must coincide with an entire calendar month to simplify and streamline our billing processes.
Roll-Off
Dumpster rental pricing is based on the container size, rental period, location, and included weight allowance. Our upfront pricing includes delivery, pickup, disposal, and an included tonnage amount that covers most projects.
Included weight: Most rentals include enough tonnage for a typical project. If the included tonnage is exceeded, additional disposal charges apply.
No long list of extra fees: Unlike many national providers, we do not add a long list of hauling and administrative fees. Our pricing remains straightforward, with only a modest fuel surcharge.
City fees or permits: Some municipalities or locations within city limits may require additional fees or permits. These are passed through only when applicable.
Initial delivery: Initial delivery charges are billed when service begins.
Rental period: Most containers include a complimentary rental period, and the rental clock resets each time the container is emptied and returned.
Our goal is simple: clear pricing, clear expectations, and no surprises.
