Built on Reliability.
Driven by Growth.
Sundance Disposal Solutions started as a waste consultancy and grew into a full-service waste management company with a fleet, a brokerage division, and a team that shows up — for customers and each other.
Our Story
From Consultancy to Full-Service Operation
Founded in 2012 by President and CEO Andrew Clogg, Sundance Disposal Solutions LLC has grown from a waste consultancy into a full-service waste management company with a reputation for growth, reliability, and innovation.
Sundance operates a robust fleet of residential, front-load, and roll-off trucks, complemented by a full-scale waste brokerage division. Our brokerage leverages deep industry knowledge and purchasing power to help clients navigate complex contracts, secure competitive rates, and streamline waste services across the country.
While historically focused on Texas and surrounding states, our brokerage expertise has successfully supported clients in over 20 states — making us a single point of contact for waste needs, anywhere.
We're proud to serve community partners like The Salvation Army and the Presbyterian Night Shelter, helping reduce their waste costs by 25–50% and putting those savings back to work where they matter most.

How We Operate
Our Core Values
These aren't posters on the wall. They're the standard we hold ourselves to every day — on the route, in the office, and with every customer.
Growth Oriented
Always improving.
- · Learns fast. Stays teachable. Constantly sharpens skills.
- · Looks for better ways to serve customers and improve operations.
- · Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told.
- · Embraces feedback, training, and continuous improvement.
- · Helps grow the people around them — not just themselves.
At Sundance
A driver improving route efficiency. An office employee automating a repetitive task. A team member stepping into leadership and owning more responsibility.
Problem Solving
Figure it out. Own it. Fix it.
- · Thinks ahead and anticipates issues early.
- · Speaks up when something can be improved.
- · Finds solutions instead of excuses.
- · Fixes root causes — not just symptoms.
- · Takes ownership and follows through until it's resolved.
At Sundance
Catching a service issue before the customer calls. Finding a better routing process. Creating systems and automation that reduce mistakes and improve quality.
Selfless
Put others first.
- · Helps others without being asked.
- · Does the right thing even when nobody is watching.
- · Shares credit and avoids self-promotion.
- · Protects the reputation of the team and company.
- · Leads with humility, respect, and service.
At Sundance
Helping another driver finish a route late in the day. Taking care of a customer issue that technically "isn't your job." Doing small things consistently that make the team stronger.
Dependable
Do what you said you would do.
- · Shows up consistently and does what they say they'll do.
- · Takes responsibility without needing to be babysat.
- · Follows through completely — not halfway.
- · Responds quickly and communicates clearly.
- · Exceeds expectations instead of doing the bare minimum.
At Sundance
A truck showing up when promised. A customer getting a fast response from a real person. A teammate handling responsibilities without reminders or excuses.

Selfless
Put others first.
Dependable
Do what you said you'd do.
Meet the Team
The People Behind the Trucks
When you call our office, you'll probably interact with one of the following people.
Andrew Clogg
President & CEO
Andrew founded Sundance in 2012 and focuses on long-term strategy, strategic relationships, and business development. He delights in problem-solving and is constantly looking for new systems and processes that streamline operations — and new ways to grow.
Anna
Vice President
Anna oversees finance, HR, insurance, and compliance. She works alongside Andrew on the direction of the company and makes sure the business behind the trucks runs as smoothly as the routes do.
Michael
General Manager
Michael runs day-to-day operations across every service line — drivers, routing, equipment, maintenance, and safety. He brings 15+ years of industry experience and sets the standard for how service gets done.
Amy
Commercial Services & Office Manager
Amy leads our commercial services division and runs the office. She handles reporting and auditing, works closely with our hauling partners, and keeps billing accurate and the numbers honest.
Val
Residential Customer Service
Val takes care of our residential customers — new service setups, changes, and questions — and makes sure everything is properly documented. She's often the first voice you hear when you call.
Jayden
Client Relations
Jayden handles new client onboarding and attends to existing customers who need service changes. She also works closely with many of our vendors and strategic partners.
Chase
Roll-Off Dispatch
Chase dispatches our roll-off fleet — scheduling deliveries, swaps, and pickups and keeping drivers on time from the first load to the last. He knows the daily routes inside and out.
Front-Line Operations Team
You may see these two on the route — here's what they do behind the scenes.
Ron
Fleet Maintenance & Yard Lead
Ron oversees routine maintenance of our entire truck fleet and runs the yard. He conducts in-house repairs, keeps equipment and containers organized, and works with maintenance partners to keep everything documented and completed on schedule.
Nathan
Safety Lead
Nathan instructs all new drivers and throwers on best practices, leads routine team meetings, and manages written documentation and safety procedures for the crew.
